BITtelligent works as a subcontractor to the primary partner. The costs to the partner are much lower however the partner will assume all risk and liability and will be responsible for paying BITtelligent for work completed regardless of receiving payment from the end customer. Contract work can be done in increments as small as 4 hours and as large as required for completion of the project. Invoices for sub contractor projects will be provided at the end of each project month and any outstanding balances will be invoiced as completion of the project.

BITtelligent can come in as a full development partner on larger projects. Within this projects both the Risks and Rewards are shared around the work effort provided by BITtelligent. The costs to the partner are higher as BITtelligent is assuming risk along with the partner. Invoicing within the Shared project program is Milestone based with a 25% deposit and payments to be made at major milestones.

BITtelligent can develop software products that a Business partners sell and want to bring to the market and do not have the internal resources to complete the tasks on hand. We as a team can take the project from concept all the way though the development cycle providing the final application and any supporting documentation. Much like the Shared project billing will be milestone based with a 25% deposit and invoicing/payments at major milestone completion.

There are times that a company would like to build a product, but does not have the resources or capital to bring it to market. BITtelligent from time to time will enter into a “Shared Development” agreement that will provided resources and know how, and also assume risk to bring a product to market with Shared product ownership. Flexible options exist on how ownership is managed and how much effort is required from either parties.

Given that technology shifts so dramatically it is somewhat hard to keep up to date or even have the capacity to hire resources that have the required skills to keep up with customer facing commitments. There is also the question of hiring the right resources when a large project comes on line.
