Integration for Infor CRM (formerly Saleslogix) and Sage 100 or Sage 500
BITtelligent Dynalink is a synchronization platform between Infor CRM and Sage 100 or Sage 500. Base synchronization maps are provided to move customers, contacts, addresses and sales data between the 2 source systems. Maps can be fully customized and additional mappings added to support information in ERP that you need to provide in CRM. To enrich the experience screens are provided to view ERP data in either the Infor CRM LAN client or Infor CRM Web Client
For Sage 100 Export Maps are provided to allow CSV exports from CRM to bring data into ERP via Visual Integrator. For advanced implementations, custom export row processors from CRM can be developed to allow for full integration to ERP. This allows for information to be brought directly from CRM to ERP (using the MAS Business Object Interface (BOI)). A typical business scenario may be the creation of new customers and posting of Sales Orders.
Dynalink Administration Workbench
The Dynalink Administration Workbench allows for the maintenance of the configurations, mappings and schedules as well as direct execution and monitoring of the synchronization runtime. From customizing maps, or creating new ones, scheduling a synchronization job or executing one immediately the client provides all the user management services you will need. Tasks available from the workbench include:
- Configuration of the environment
- Enabling or disabling import/export maps
- Creation or Modification of maps
- Scheduling of synchronization
- Viewing of synchronization logs
The Dynalink Server runs as a Windows Service. Using a service based approach the Client can send request to the server for configuration and execution of Synchronization jobs. Synchronizations can also be scheduled to run from the Administrative Workbench for specific periods when users are no longer accessing the system.
